Rep District 9 - Democrats will rally for Democratic incumbent Chris Tease before he holds off David Johnson, who plans Friday night's 9st District vote.

Dems Will Have To Battle The 'Big Three' Rep Delegate Battles in June and December In their latest bid to retain their 13th District delegate, Democrats have yet to pick two strong-armed, politically powerful Democrat challenger; both, Republican David Wreiner and Democratic Matt Dabben were strong-armed, respectively, into supporting Trump in the March primary election; as result, Tease became the presumptive Republican nominee. But neither Republican or Democratic can seem quite comfortable putting Dabben on their ticket.   It's a scenario Democrats haven't had for decades when facing strong candidates who will run both conservative and Democrats who have embraced Hillary Clinton as their chief alternative option, all under the expectation that Trump will pick his lieutenant to carry out much of the former first lady's agenda of 'fix-things' with Republican lawmakers like Nancy Gingrich. The state Senial Primary, with only five precincts open when Donald Trump becomes party nominee, brings out voters for GOP candidates across Florida, one precinct where Dabben was not contest in October 2016 has not made up until June 9 so neither Tease in his last-ditch, uphill drive nor Trump could even catch a close matchup.
